Yogi Amrit Desai

Gurudev Shri Amritji (Yogi Amrit Desai) is one of a handful of gurus who came to America from India in the early1960s. This wave began the initial Yoga craze that has grown into the massive and diverse Yoga practices we have worldwide today. Shri Amritji is one of the first arrivals and the last living guru from this initial wave, and a pioneer in bringing the authentic practices of Yoga to the West. In recognition of his work, he was honored in 2013 with the International Yoga Grand Master award, which was previously awarded only to B.K.S Iyengar and Dr. Nagendra of SVYASA University, Bangalore. This title was conferred by Jagat Guru Amrta Suryananda Maharaj (recipient of Padma Shri).  Yogi Amrit Desai is a pioneer in introducing Yoga to the West, but more significantly through his unique style, his method of teaching draws upon the original spiritual depth that is missing in the popular practice of Hatha Yoga.

Tim Gallwey

Author of the Inner Game was a real revelation. Instead of serving up technique, it concentrated on the fact that, as Gallwey wrote, “Every game is composed of two parts, an outer game and an inner game.” The former is played against opponents, and is filled with lots of contradictory advice; the latter is played not against, but within the mind of the player, and its principal obstacles are self-doubt and anxiety. Gallwey’s revolutionary thinking, built on a foundation of Zen thinking and humanistic psychology, was really a primer on how to get out of your own way to let your best game emerge. It was sports psychology before the two words were pressed against each other and codified into an accepted discipline. The Inner Game, in the years since it's conception, has spread far past the arena of sports psychology into the corporate world. Companies like Apple, Coca-Cola, Rolls Royce, and Charles Schwab have all used the Inner Game in to improve their work environments and cultivate happier employees. The Inner Game has evolved to become an ideology that can apply to any aspect of life. Many readers have contacted us at Inner Game over the years to tell us how they've discovered a new way to apply the concepts to a whole new area of their lives.

  • Medication Alert: Through ‘angel whispers’ delivered to Maudy, she can tell if a person’s medication is interacting with another of their meds. She is able to give the actual name of the medication! Then, she advises the person to seek a Medical Review.

  • Interprets Dreams: She can explain exactly what a dream means, and how the universe is trying to get a clear message to them. Dreams can be direct communication from the universe/Heaven to assist the person here on earth.

  • Heavenly ‘Life Signs' Communication to us: She offers ‘life guiding signs’ that the universe/Heaven wants to show us and are messages from our loved ones who passed - because many times we simply miss it! It's a comfort to know that we are never alone!
